By accessing or using ThreatAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ThreatAI provides AI-simulated cybersecurity analysis for educational and awareness purposes only. All scan results are generated by artificial intelligence and are illustrative in nature. ThreatAI does NOT:

• Perform real penetration testing on any systems
• Access, probe, or interact with any external servers or networks
• Guarantee the accuracy of any scan result

You agree NOT to use ThreatAI to:

• Attempt to hack, attack, or gain unauthorized access to any system
• Scan domains you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Use results to plan or execute any illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute ThreatAI reports without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service

All security findings presented by ThreatAI are AI-generated simulations for educational awareness only. They do not represent actual vulnerabilities in any real system. ThreatAI is not liable for any decisions made based on scan results.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@threatai.app.

All content, branding, and technology within ThreatAI is owned by ThreatAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

ThreatAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreatAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
